The problem

A guest wants the restaurant menu, a late checkout and two more towels without walking to reception. Staff want those requests to arrive in one place, routed to the right department, with a status the guest can see without asking again.

What it does

Experience-360 is three systems under one roof: a content engine where each property configures its own directory, catalogue, menus and offers; request routing that lands a guest's order with the right department and tracks it to done; and messaging that keeps the guest informed without a phone call. Four surfaces run on one backend.

How it works

1

Each property configures itself

Directory, service catalogue, menus, opening hours and offers are per-property. Head office sets the shape, each hotel fills it in.

2

Requests route themselves

A towel request goes to housekeeping, a club sandwich to the kitchen. Each lands in a department queue with a status the guest can watch.

3

Tenant isolation that's tested, not assumed

The development seed runs four Malta properties with overlapping staff accounts, so cross-tenant leaks show up in testing rather than in production.

A look at it

Where it's up to

Kept current on purpose. If it isn't in the left column, it doesn't work yet.

Working today

  • Tenant → directory → catalogue → cart → order → staff queue → live status, end to end
  • Admin console for property content, catalogues and staff roles
  • Kiosk mode: the guest app running on an in-room tablet from the same codebase
