Our own agency, Malta
Client portal
Built for ourselves first, because we were the ones losing track of our own work.
- Proposals
- Per-client logins
- Engagement
Runs on invented data and asks for a password. Ask us and we'll open it up.

What they had
Nothing, really, which is the usual state. Work lived in email threads, a shared drive, and whichever chat app the project happened to start in. A client asking where something stood set off a small internal investigation.
What we built
A portal per client, on their own branding, holding everything that belongs to them: proposals, shared links, files and the live state of the engagement. Each client can have several contacts, each with their own login, so access does not hinge on one forwarded password.
- Proposals built in the app rather than exported as PDFs
- Per-contact logins with self-service activation
- Files both ways, we share and they upload
The part that earns its keep
Every proposal view is tracked: how long, how far down, which sections held attention and whether the call-to-action was clicked. Walking into a call already knowing which part they read twice changes the conversation.
Try it
The demo has ten clients on invented data. Sign in as the agency to see every client, or as a client to see exactly what they see. Both logins are printed on the sign-in screen.
