Team league table
A project tracker nobody opens is a project tracker nobody reads. A league table is different.
- Delivery
- Standings
- Streaks
Runs on invented data and asks for a password. Ask us and we'll open it up.

What they had
The data existed. It always does. It sat in the issue tracker, visible to whoever went looking. In practice that was one person, once a week, and a stalled week only became visible once it had become a stalled month.
What we built
The same data, presented as standings. Who shipped what, current streaks, and movement since last week. Nothing here is new information; it is the same numbers arranged so that people check them unprompted.
- Movement week on week, not just a running total
- Streaks, because they are the part people defend
- Reads at a glance on a wall screen
A note on incentives
Ranking people by output can go badly, and we would say so before building it for anyone else. It works here because the team asked for it and the measure is shipped work rather than hours. That is worth a conversation before it is worth a build.
