Creative asset pipeline
Not every build needs a screen. This one is a pipeline nobody looks at, which is the point.
- Automation
- Assets
- Slack

What they had
Game tiles resized and re-exported by hand for every campaign, into a set of sizes that changed per channel. Hours of repetitive work, and the kind of mistakes that only surface once something is already live in front of players.
What we built
A pipeline that takes the source art once and produces every required size to spec, writes them straight to the shared drive in the expected folder structure, and posts the result into the team's channel when it is done.
- One source file in, every channel size out
- Straight to the shared drive, no download-and-upload step
- Posts to Slack on completion, with failures surfaced the same way
Why there is no demo
There is no interface to show: it runs as a scheduled job and a Slack workflow. We list it because it is the honest shape of a lot of useful custom work, removing a manual step rather than building a screen to manage it.
